Law No. (2) of 2025: A New DIFC Courts Law

20. March 2025

A transformative new law, Law No. (2) of 2025, issued by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has brought about extensive changes to the DIFC Courts Law. The newly enacted law replaces the DIFC Laws No. (10) and No. (12) of 2004, and deals with a both the judicial and administrative aspects of the DIFC Courts.
